摘要
商业模式创新是商界一个永恒的主题。本文捋清当前人们对"商业模式"含义的模糊认识,重新界定了商业模式的内涵,分析了商业模式的组成要素,并针对当今中国小企业面临的残酷的市场环境,指出商业模式创新是保持其相对竞争优势的必要条件,并在综合波特的"目标集中"竞争战略和价值链的基础上,建立了一个"小企业通用商业模式"的模型。
Business model innovation is an eternal topic. The thesis firstly clarifies the connotation of business model by redefining it, and then analyzes the components of business model. The author proposes that in the face of the fiercely competitive market, business model innovation is a necessary condition for a small business to maintain its relatively competitive advantage. In addition, the thesis establishes a “genre business model for small business”on the basis of Porter's Focus Strategy and Value Chain theories.
