摘要
在对中频感应加热工件表面温度实施智能检测基础上,实现DDC温度闭环控制.采用优化PID控制策略,控温精度达±0.5%.文中给出优化指标、被控对象阶跃响应特征值、增量型优化PID数字算式,简要说明控制系统硬件原理及软件设计,最后给出控制实验曲线.
The DDC temperature closed loop control is realised about the surface temperature of the workpiece in induction heating based on its being measured intelligently. The optimal PID stratagy is applied and the accuracy of the temperature control reaches to ±0 5%. The optimal index, the feature values on the step response about the plant and the optimal PID digital algorithm in increment type are provided. The hardware and software about the temperature control system is explained briefly and the various control experiment results are presented in curves.
