摘要
财政支农政策是解决"三农"问题的一个重要方法,对于推动农民增收、农村经济发展、农业进步具有重要意义。近年来,我国中央和地方各级政府加大了对农业的财政支持力度,取得良好效果,但是其中仍然存在诸多的问题。本文正是在分析我国财政支农绩效的基础上,发现我国财政支农中存在的问题,并分析出现问题的原因,提出应对之策。
The policy of supporting the farmers is one of the most important measures to solve the problems of the farmer, the countryside and the agriculture. Both the central and the local government implement more financial measures to support the farmers and have also made progress in recent years. On the other hand, many problems exist. On the basis of analyzing the performance of the financial policy in our country, this paper tried to find out the problems remained and give some advice to the related departments.
