橘小实蝇对蛋白和糖的反应 被引量:12

Attracting effects of protein and sugar on Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel) (Diptera:Tephritidae)

摘要 橘小实蝇[Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)]成虫在提供蛋白+糖、水+糖有选择取食的条件下,16:00-16:30对蛋白+糖访问频次最高,13:00-13:30和14:30-15:00对水+糖访问频次最高.整个试验过程中雄性访问频次稍高于雌性,但不存在统计差异,其中,4、7、10日龄橘小实蝇对蛋白+糖访问频次最高,7、8、9日龄对水+糖访问频次最高.试验中橘小实蝇对食物诱剂访问频次最高的时段为16:00-16:30,访问频次最高的日龄为4、7、10日龄.各日龄和时段橘小实蝇对蛋白+糖的访问频次均比水+糖高,并存在显著差异. When protein plus sugar and water plus sugar were provided, the visitation peaks of oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) to protein plus sugar emerged during 16:00 - 16:30, and to water plus sugar during 13:00 - 13:30 and 14:30 - 15:00. The attracted number of males was more than females, but there was no significant difference statistically. The 4, 7 and 10 days old flies had visitation peaks to protein plus sugar, while the 7,8 and 9 days old had visitation peaks to water plus sugar. Oriental fruit fly, B. dorsalis visited protein plus sugar more frequently than water plus sugar during the whole experiment. There always were visitation peaks to food lure during 16:00 - 16:30 and the visiting peaks always appeared among 4, 7 and 10 days old flies. The visitation frequencies of all oriental fruit fly adults to protein plus sugar were always higher than water plus sugar, and there was significant difference.
