摘要
介绍了项目实施阶段工程造价管理是把工程造价控制在批准的设计概算限额内的重要手段,在项目实施阶段的招标、施工、结算管理非常重要,就工程项目招标、施工、结算的管理,提出了看法。
This paper points out that it is an important measure to control the constructive cost within the design budgetary estimate approved in the implement period of the project. The administration of bidding, construction and settling account is very important in the implement period of the project. This paper puts forward its own view point of how to do the administration of bidding, construction and settling account.
