摘要
国际私法是一门应用性很强的法学专业课。长期以来,其教学方法一直采用传统的教师讲学生听的方式,整体效果不甚理想。由于案例教学法生动、形象,重视学生参与,因此,将案例教学法运用到国际私法教学中,可取得事半功倍的效果。
Private international law is a legal professional course. But its teaching method is a traditional way m tile past, and its effect is not enough thoughtful. Otherwise Case Method gets rid of the shortcomings of old one. This article analyses the importance of Case Method in the teaching process of private international law, and expounds the teaching process of Case Method and some questions, expecting to help teaching reform of Private international law.
