摘要 为了实现海底石油管道维修,采用均匀设计方法对水下金刚石绳锯柔性、断续磨削的磨削力进行了试验研究.使用MINITAB软件,建立了主要工艺参数对磨削力的多元线性回归方程,进行了回归分析,求得了绳锯磨削力较为精确的经验公式.进一步探讨了水下金刚石绳锯磨削力工艺规律,为保证绳锯良好的磨削性能和绳锯机参数设计提供了理论依据. It is important to know the flexibility and intermittent grinding forces of an underwater diamond wire saw when planning maintenance of a submarine oil pipeline. The uniform design approach was em- ployed to perform an experimental study. Using MINITAB software, multiple-variable linear regression equations of the grinding force were built in term of the main technical parameters. Regression analysis was done, and an accurate empirical formula of wire saw grinding force was established. Further exploration was undertaken of the technical laws of grinding forces of diamond wire saws, providing a theoretical basis for improving grinding performance through appropriate wire saw design parameters.
