摘要
针对温度为200 K低温冰箱,研制了一台大冷量自由活塞斯特林制冷机.实验测试了充气压力和制冷温度对压缩机共振频率的影响;研究了膨胀机固有频率和运行频率对位移相位差的影响关系;采用多点热负荷静态复温法测试了制冷机的静态冷损,证明了氦气和丝网导热对静态冷损影响极小.该样机在200 K时最大制冷量可达40 W(250 W输入).
A high capacity free piston Stirling cooler (FPSC) was designed for 200 K low-temperature fridge. In order to study the characters of the prototype, a performance test bench was built, Frequency characteristics of the compressor and the expander were investigated in detail. The effects of charged pressure and cooling temperature on the compressor resonance frequency were tested. Furthermore, the influences of the displacement phase shift and the expander natural frequency on its operating frequency were experimentally studied, The static loss of the cooler was tested by muhipoint hot load static rewanning method. The helium and the mesh screens are proved to have little affection on the static loss in virtue of thermal conduction. The maximum cooling capacity of the prototype can reach 40 W at 200 K with 250 W input
