静电喷雾法制备海藻酸钙-羧甲基纤维素钠液芯微胶囊的工艺选优 被引量:16

摘要 尝试用高压静电成囊装置(静电喷雾法)来制备一种强度高、生物相容性好的海藻酸钙-羧甲基纤维素钠液芯微囊.在初步试验的基础上,利用正交试验的方法考察了海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠以及氯化钙的浓度对成囊过程中微胶囊膜厚、粒径等的影响.同时结合不同制备条件下微胶囊的成囊性,优化海藻酸钙-羧甲基纤维素钠微胶囊制备工艺.在优化的工艺参数中海藻酸钠、氯化钙以及羧甲基纤维素钠的质量浓度分别为10,30,15 g/L. Electrostatic spray method is used to prepare calcium alginate-sodium carboxymethyl cellulose liquid core microcapsules with high membrane intensity and good hiocompatibility, The contrast experimental analyses on the spray voltage, pinhead size and other influencial factors are carried out. Then the orthogonal tests proceed to get the optimal parameters for liquid core microcapsules preparation considering membrane-formation properties under different preparation conditions. The optimal technological parameters are 10 g/L,30 g/L and 15 g/L of sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and calcium chloride solutions respectively.
