摘要
文章对诺氟沙星在玻碳电极上的伏安行为进行了研究,用方波伏安法测定诺氟沙星胶囊中诺氟沙星的含量。结果发现,在pH为6.0~8.5的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,于0.6V电位附近其浓度在0.300mg/L~200mg/L范围与峰电流有良好的线性关系。测得r=0.9989,平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为0.3%。测定结果符合要求,本方法简捷、适用性好。
The voltammetric beheavior of Norfloxacin was studied in the paper. The content of Norfloxacin capsule were determined by using square-wave voltammetry. In HAc-NaAc( pH 6.0-8.5) medium, the potential peak for norfloxacin was 0.6V at a glassy carbon electrode. A linear relationship between the concentration and the peak electric current of norfloxacin in the range of 0.3mg/L-200mg/L was obtained(r=0.9989). The average recovery of samples was100.4% and the relative error was 0.3%. This method has high selectivity and has been applied to the direct determination of norfloxacin with satisfactory results.
