摘要
通过引入程序理念以及行政程序理论,介绍行政程序的一般制度。分析我国土地征收程序立法中存在的问题,并针对问题提出了完善我国土地征收程序立法的若干建议。
The paper introduces evidence of informative system, hearing system, and information system through introducing procedure concepts and the theory of administrative procedure, analyzes existent problems in the procedure legislation to land expropriation in China, and initially brings forward some advices to perfect procedure legislation to land expropriation in allusion to its problems.
