摘要
项目管理是以可能的最高效率执行项目,做到按工期、按预算、按要求完成任务,为项目团队各方实现项目目标提供有效的项目管理途径。通过对范围管理、时间管理、成本管理和质量管理四个关键职能比较分析,表明项目管理的基本内涵与工程监理的工作职责是基本一致的,现代项目管理理论可以进一步推动我国工程监理的健康发展。
Project management executes project at the highest possible efficiency so as to complete tasks according to time, budget and requirement, which is an efficient project management means for every project teammates to realize project aims. Limitation management, time management, cost management and quality management are compared and discussed, and show that the basic meanings of project management are in accordance with engineering supervision. Modem project management theories can further promote engineering supervision well development in China.
