摘要
薄钢板焊接变形是施工过程的控制重点,结合工程实例,针对焊接面积大,钢板较薄,整体表面要求平整,耐久滚压等特点,从焊接变形控制措施,施工技术措施,施工工艺环节出发,系统介绍了从板幅选择、排料、施工、过程控制等方面所采取的施工措施,工程实践表明所采取的施工措施保证了工程的质量.
Because of the characteristic of large-area plate, the demand for even surface of thin-steel is paperbacked and anti-roller, plate welding distortion is the control keystone in construction process. According to project instance, this paper introduces the construction measure used in plate-selection, steelarraying, constructing and process-controlling from the welding deformation control measure, the construction technology measure, the craft link angle. The project sample indicates the measure which guarantees an engineering project quality.
