摘要
采用TGA热重分析仪考察了温度、CO2浓度、升温速率及分解温度等操作条件和粒径对吸附剂吸附率的影响。研究表明,不同粒径的最佳吸附温度不同,粒径60~80μm吸附剂最佳吸附温度为650℃,吸附率达到75%;粒径1~1.8mm吸附剂最佳吸附温度为700℃,吸附率为67%。研究表明:对粒径60~80μm和1~1.8 mm的两种吸附剂,在CO2浓度分别高于30%、20%的情况下,提高CO2浓度不能提高CO2的吸附率。升温速率和分解温度对吸附率都有一定的影响。
Using a TGA (thermo-gravimetfic analysis), the adsorption ratio of CO2 variety with the operation conditions of the adsorption temperature, CO2 concentration, heating rate and decomposition temperature of different grain particle sizes have been detailed studied. The experiments indicate that different particle sizes have a maximum CO2 adsorption ratio at different temperature. Particle size of 60~80μm has an adsorption ratio of 75% at a temperature of 650℃ while particle size of 1.0~1.8 mm has an adsorption ratio of 67% at a temperature of 700℃. The experiments show that when the CO2 concentrations are over than 30% and 20% for particles 60~80μm and 1.0~1.8 mm respectively, adsorption ratios are independent of CO2 concentration. Heating rate and the temperature of decomposition also affect the adsorption ratio.
