摘要
由于我国南方热带亚热带地区具有持续高温期比较长、生态多样性显著的特征,藻华的危害、防治及其预警技术一直是研究热点问题。论文利用广东省大沙河水库原水进行一系列藻类培养试验,采用人工模拟微宇宙环境系统,通过控制培养的初始营养盐浓度,过程中的光照、水深、pH值等生态条件,考察不同初始营养条件、不同光照情况下藻种群密度在藻生长迟缓期和对数期内的增长规律,建立藻生物量的生长速率模式。结果表明,两种情况下的藻生长速率模式高度一致,为指数模型,模型中的参数与初始培养条件有着密切的关系。该模型可以为综合因素的藻生长速率建模提供参考。
Because of its typical tropic and subtropical climates,e.g.long-lasting high temperature and various ecological population distributions,there are alga blooming hazards,prevention and predication technologies in this region.In this paper,32 experiments have been done using raw water from subsurface water at Dashahe Reservoir of Guangdong Province.Under the controlled initial conditions,different nutrient concentration,light intensity,water depth and pH values,algae were cultivated within a designed micro-cosmos.Based on the change of the algae population,models of algae growth are established.The results indicate that the growth models all have a similar exponent function style,only parameters varies individually.So,it proposes a meaningful growth model in lag phase and log phase,importantly,which can offer references to construct a comprehensive model afterward.
