摘要
欧洲中世纪社会的政治、经济、文化环境促进了社会劳动分工,使思想和传授思想的学术职业成了中世纪社会的一种新的职业类型。学术职业的形成促进了欧洲中世纪大学的兴起,大学又为学术职业提供了发展的平台。欧洲中世纪大学的学术职业的使命主要是知识发展、社会服务和文化传承。欧洲中世纪大学的学术职业的最初形态对于现代大学学术职业的改革具有借鉴意义。
In medieval Europe, politics, economy and cultural environment promoted the social divisions of labour. Thus, as a new type of profession, academic profession began to emerge in the medieval society. Its formation facilitated the rise of medieval universities in Europe. At the same time, universities provided a platform for the development of academic profession. The missions of academic profession in the medieval universities of Europe mainly included developing knowledge, serving society and inheriting and transmitting culture. The original formation of academic profession in the medieval universities of Europe was of referential significance for the reform of academic profession of modern universities.
