摘要 苦瓜是一种重要的蔬菜,而其组织培养的研究进展缓慢。本研究以重庆普遍栽培的滨江二号、长白、碧玉三个苦瓜品种为材料进行组织培养,旨在完善苦瓜组织培养体系。筛选出适合下胚轴分化的培养基为MS+6-BA3-5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L,分化率平均为9.37%。分化速度极快,一般5—6d就可分化,更甚者2—3d就可分化。其中碧玉品种的下胚轴在MS+6-BA3mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L培养基中分化率最高,为16.70%。子叶分化情况不理想。 Balsam pear is an important vegetable, but the tissue culture research of it keeps slow. This study uses Binjing Ⅱ, Cbanghai and Biyu, planted widely in Chongqing as materials to do tissue culture. We aim at perfecting the balsam pear tissue culture system. We have found out the substrates, be suit for hypocotyls, are MS + 6-BA 3-5 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L. The average differentiation rate is 9.37 %. And the differentiation speed is very fast. It can differentiat after 5 -6 d. Some faster one can differentiat after 2 -3 d. 16.71% is the highest differentiation rate when hypocetyls of Biyu are putting in the substrate of MS +6-BA 3 mg/L + NAA 0. 5 mg/L. Cotyledon differentiation result is bad.
