摘要
综述了蛋白质的提取方法、纯化技术、结构鉴定技术及影响蛋白质分离和提取的因素,旨在为开展蛋白质的制备及其应用研究提供理论依据。
The methods and conditions of protein preparation are discussed, and the methods of pick up and structure elucidation are discussed, the methods and influence factors of factionation and extraction of proteins were introduced. It may give some help to study on the preparation and application of protein.
