摘要
目的:建立积分安培检测-离子色谱法测定水和废水中碘化物的方法.方法:采用IonPac AS11型阴离子分离柱,以40 mmol/L NaOH为淋洗液,银工作电极,积分安培检测离子色谱法.结果:碘离子的保留时间少于4 min,与其它离子交换柱相比,IonPac AS11阴离子交换柱有较强的亲水性,分离疏水性的碘离子,可有效地改善碘离子的峰形.碘离子的线性良好(r>0.9990),相对标准偏差小于2.5%(n=7),平均加标回收率均在92.4%~99.9%之间,检出限为0.27 μg/L.结论:方法灵敏、快速.
Objective:Toestablish a ion - chromatography method to measure iodide in water and waste water by integrated amperometric detection on a silver working electrode. Methods: Iodide was separated on the IonPac AS11 column using a 40 mmol/L sodium hydroxide solution. Iodide was detected using an integrated amperometric detector with a silver working electrode. Results: Iodide elutes in less than 4 min and was well separated from the void volume. Compared to other ion - exchange columns,the IonPac AS1 l contained a very hydrophilic pellicular resin that improves the peak shape of the hydrophobic iodide ion. The linearity and reproducibility of iodide detetion by integrated amperometry was good ( r 〉 0. 9990). The peak area RSD of this analysis was 〈 2. 5% (n = 7 ) , and the recovery rate was 92. 4% -99.9%. The detection limit of iodide using integrated amperometric detection was 0. 27 μg/L Conclusion:This method is specific, sensitive and rapid.
