当前我国商业房地产面临着融资难、融资渠道不畅通的问题,需要谋求以商业银行为主导,多种融资渠道相结合的多元化融资模式,主要包括银行贷款、信托融资、项目融资、金融租赁、房地产证券化等。
At present, the commercial real estate in China is facing the difficult situations on funding and functioning. It is necessary to .seek for the mode of multiple ways of funding with the Commercial Banks as its leading channel, mainly including the hank loans, trust financing, project financing , financial leasing and real estate securitization, etc.
