摘要
利用数字图像处理技术和Visual C++6.0编程技术,建立了一种光纤缠绕滞后角检测系统,该系统由图像采集和图像处理两部分组成。采用二值化、细化、改进的Hough变换处理等方法,建立了光纤缠绕滞后角图像识别算法,利用该系统对光纤缠绕过程中的滞后角进行了图像识别实验,结果表明,识别分辨率可以达到0.1°。
Using digital image processing technology and Visual C+ + 6.0 programming, an optical fiber lag angle detection system was established. By using of binarization, thinning and improved Hough transform techniques, a recognizing method was developed and was successfully applied to detection of lag angle in optical fiber winding. The processing results shown that by means of this system 0. 1° error of the lag angle can be achieved.
