摘要
为满足高速切削的需要,采用有限元法对重要零件进行静力分析,对镗铣头进行模态分析,根据分析结果对镗铣头的结构及尺寸进行优化改进,为获得整机的良好动态性能奠定基础。
To meet the demands of the high speed machining, the static force analysis of the key components is carried out by the finite element method, the modal analysis of boring & milling head is carried out, and its structure and Size are optimized according to the analyzing result, which establishes the foundation for obtaining favorable dynamic performance.
