摘要
为研究镰叶西番莲藤茎的化学成分,从其脂溶性成分中分离了6个化合物,通过IR、MS、NMR等波谱手段鉴定它们的结构为4-氧代-3,4-降-木栓烷-2-酸Ⅰ()、2-羟基-3,4-断-木栓烷-3-酸乙酯Ⅱ()、4-烯-3-谷甾酮(Ⅲ)、3-(2,4-二羟基苯基)-2-丙烯酸(Ⅳ)、碳十八酸甘油酯(Ⅴ)和正二十八醇(Ⅵ)。其中化合物Ⅰ是首次经提取分离的天然产物,应用二维NMR技术归属了它的碳谱。结果表明,化合物Ⅰ与化学合成的4-oxo-3,4-seco-A(1)-norfriedelan-3-oic acid结构一致。化合物Ⅱ为新的人工化合物。
From the stems of Passiflora wilsonii Hemsl. , six compounds, namely 4-oxo-3,4-seco-A (1)-norfriedelan-2-oic acid (Ⅰ ) , 2-hydroxyl-3,4-seco-friedelan-3-oic acid ethyl-ester (Ⅱ) , sitost - 4-en-3-one ( Ⅲ) , 3- ( 2,4-dihydroxyphenyl ) -2-propenoic acid ( Ⅳ ), glycerol 1 -octadecanoate (Ⅴ), and 1-octacosanol ( Ⅵ ), were isolated from its lipophilic components and identified. Compound I is a novel natural product, whose 13C NMR spectra were assigned for the first time. Compound Ⅱ is a new artificial compound.
