摘要 应用HPLC-DAD结合2种具有数学分离功能部分代替物理分离的二阶校正方法,交替不对称三线性算法和双线性最小二乘算法,对复合维生素B类化合物进行了定量分析研究.在简单的色谱条件和谱峰严重重叠以及干扰存在下对感兴趣分析物进行了同时快速定量测定,取得了满意的预测结果. Vitamin B complex have been determined simultaneously by using two second-order calibration al- gorithms, Alternating asymmetric trilinear decomposition algorithm and Bilinear least-squares algorithm, coupled with high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection. In the presence of interfering components and the simple performance condition, it showed the second-order calibration methods could quantify the analytes of interest from overlapped chromatographic profiles and give the accurate predicted results by utilizing "mathematical separation" instead of "physics separation".,
