摘要
介绍了西安热工研究院有限公司36 t/d加压气流床气化中试装置主要设备、工艺流程及工艺条件,给出了3个煤种在3.0 MPa条件下,一段投煤与两段投煤气化试验结果的主要数据。试验结果表明,两段式气化过程优于一段式气化过程。
The main equipments, technological process, and technological conditions of the pilot plant for gasification using 36 t/h pressurized gas flow bed developed by Xi' an Thermal Power Research Institute Co Ltd have been presented, giving out the main data of gasification test results for three coal sorts under condition of 3. 0 MPa for one - stage coal - feeding, and for two - stage coal - feeding. The results of test show that the two stage coal gasification process to be better than the one - stage, process.
