摘要
自由主义作为西方政治思想史的一个主流分支,在西方政治生活中长期居重要地位,自由主义语境下政治合法性理论的历史演进构成了自由主义发展的一条重要线索。从洛克的"同意"原则、卢梭的"公意"学说,到罗尔斯的"正义"论、诺齐克的"最弱意义国家",西方政治合法性理论体现了深深的规范性传统。
Liberalism is a mainstream offset in the western political and ideological history, possessing a vital position in the western political living for ages, scholars of liberalism researching political legitimacy theories comprised a principally clue of the liberalism history deduced from time immemorial. From ＂approval＂ principle of John Loke and ＂public volition＂ doctrine of Alexis de Tocquville to ＂justice＂ theory of John Rawls and ＂the minimal state＂ of Robert Nozick, the western political legitimacy theories behaving the normal Legitimacy tradition gives rise to the contributes and blemishes to the social development.
