摘要
以某四缸柴油机的主轴承为研究对象,从曲轴-轴承系统的角度出发,采用变形矩阵法研究了计入轴瓦弹性变形时内燃机主轴承润滑分析问题。得到的结论是:计入轴瓦弹性变形时,在固定轴心位置条件下,主轴承最大油膜压力下降,最小油膜厚度增加;但在额定载荷作用下,计入曲轴-轴承系统动力学效应时,主轴承最大油膜压力上升,最小油膜厚度减小。
The second main bearing of an internal combustion engine with elastic bush is studied and elastohydrodynamic lubrication analysis is done by the flexible matrix method according to the mechanical behavior of the crankshaft - bearing system. The numerical results show that the maximum pressure of oil film decreases and the minimum thickness increases in the case of fixed position of shaft center as the elastic deformation of bush is considered. But contrary resuits are obtained as the bearing is applied on rating load from the dynamic behavior analysis of the crankshaft - bearing system.
