摘要
6西格玛旨在消除变异,稳定流程,获得顾客满意和最终显著提高绩效。而精益方法关注减少浪费、优化流程和降低成本。通过对比分析,指出了各自的优势与不足,剖析了二者整合的优势——其本质都旨在实现持续改进的管理模式,可以进行优势互补。在此基础上,给出了精益生产和6西格玛管理法的整合路线。精益6西格玛作为精益生产和6西格玛的有效结合,最终会获得竞争对手难以模仿的竞争优势。
Six sigma methodology aims at eliminating variations, stabilizing the process, gaining customer satisfaction, and improving performance dramatically, while lean production focuses on reducing waste, optimizing the process, and cutting down the cost. This article points out the advantages and disadvantages in lean production and Six Sigma management by comparison, illustrates the advantages of their combination—— both lean production and Six Sigma essentially aim at continuous improvement, and take many reciprocally complementary advantages. Based on the knowledge of lean and Six Sigma, it digs the integrated route of lean and Six Sigma. Lan Six Sigma, which is the integration of lean and Six Sigma, can create a competitive advantage surpassing other competitors.
