在全面、深入分析和预测影响桥梁加固费用和效益的基础上,寻找进行桥梁加固的最佳时机.桥梁加固经济合理时机,是按桥梁的经济寿命和按桥梁任务期内总费用最低原则确定的,即总费用最低时的时间为桥梁的加固时机.
This subject aims at seeking after the ripest chance to undertake the consolidation of bridge based on complete and profound analysis, and the prediction of costs and profits that affect the consolidation of bridge. The best chance in terms of funds of the bridge consolidation is f＇Lxed on the principle of ＂economic life＂ of the bridge and ＂the lowest total cost＂ within the bridge using period. We can ascertain the time when the total costs are the lowest, and then regard it as the time for the consolidation of the bridge.
