基于DSP的光纤液位测量系统

摘要 针对传统油罐液位测量采用人工或电方式存在潜在危险的局限性,基于光纤传感器和DSP,提出光纤液位测量系统,并进行工程实现。介绍光纤液位测量原理,给出系统总体结构,采用DSP芯片TMS320VC33,设计了光电转换器,最后描述了监控软件的功能。系统实现了油库罐区的安全生产,具有实时性好、本质安全和易于维护等特点,会有广阔的市场应用前景。 Aiming at the limitation of the traditional oil tank liquid level measurement by manual or hazards in electricity method, a optical liquid level measurement system, which is based on optical fiber sensors and DSP, is presented and realized. The principle of optical fiber liquid level measurement is introduced, the overall structure is given and a photoelectric converter adopting DSP chip TMS320VC33 is also designed. Finally, the function of monitor software is described. This system can guarantee oil tank area safe, has characters of good real-time, intrinsic ..safety and simple maintenance, and will be widely required in application.
