摘要
本文针对变压器横剪线生产现状和存在的问题,在对变压器横剪生产线生产流程全面了解的基础上,分析了技术要求和用户需要,提出并开发了整个监控系统的解决方案。系统以西门子WinCCV6为软件平台,设计开发了上位机监控系统。着重论述了基于人机界面组态软件的上位机监控系统的开发,为开发变压器横剪生产线监控系统做了积极尝试,取得了一定的效果。
This paper set forth the transformer cross cutting＇s manufacturing status and the problem existed.According to the analysis on the technical procedure, technical demand and requirement of users, the whole scheme based on WinCC V6 is put out. The pecu- liar technology and functions of WinCC used in development are discussed. This paper will prove to be helpful for the development of the monitored control system used in Cropping Shear Line.
