摘要
为研究矮生沿阶草种苗工厂化快繁的适宜温度,设置了15、25、30℃3个温度处理,对矮生沿阶草植株地上部和根系生长状况、叶片叶绿素含量和MDA含量等性状进行了观测。结果表明,温度为25~30℃,矮生沿阶草叶片叶绿素含量高、植株分蘖快、根系活力强、MDA含量低、地上部和根系生长良好,温度过高或过低均会对生长产生抑制效应,不利于快繁。
In order to search the optimum temperature conditions for commercial seedling production of Ophlopogon japonicus,3 temperature treatments (15,25 and 30 ℃) were selected. The differences in growth characteristics of above-ground parts and root, and physiological characteristics including chlorophyll content and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were measured and analysed. The results showed that Ophiopogon japonicus grew better with the characteristics of higher chlorophyll content,rapid tillering,stronger root activity, lower MDA content and fine development of above-ground parts and root from 25.0 to 30.0 ℃.
