摘要
在600MW机组仿真机的研制和开发中,为适应实时和全范围仿真的需要,针对其锅炉部份,以模块化思想建立锅炉各子系统和设备模型。用误差控制关联模块的耦合。在仿真机上进行仿真试验,按电厂实际数据,修正模型,从而保证仿真的响应质量。仿真机的运行结果表明,该部分的模拟是真实可靠的。
This paper built the models of the subsystem and device of the boiler in 600MW thermal power unit. By error control, the whole model of boiler was constructed with the relating submodel. The tests of simulation were carried out in the 600MW simulator, and the model was modified according to the reality field data. The dynamic quality of simulation is assured. The results show that the model built in this paper is satisfactory in real time simulation.
