摘要
冲击式破碎机转子轴承公差配合及游隙的合理选择对防止轴承发热,提高轴承寿命具有十分重要的作用。根据理论分析和有关用户的使用经验,提出轴承内圈与轴颈的配合选择n6或p6,轴承外圈与壳体孔的配合选择G7(G8)或F7(F8),轴承径向原始游隙选择第3辅助组的设计方案。
Rational selection to tolerances, fits and clearance of rotor - bearing of impact crusher is very important to avoid overheat of bearing and prolong the life of bearing. Gives the design rules based on theoretical analysis and the using experiences of relational user. Firstly, tolerances and fits of inner rings and journal can select n6 or p6. Secondly, tolerances and fits of outer race and the hole of shell can select G7(G8)or F7(F8). Thirdly, the original radial clearance can select the design rules of No. 3 assistant group.
