摘要
目的:研究荆防挥发油对炎症相关因子表达和调节的影响。方法:用OA和LPS2次打击,建立2次打击急性肺损伤(ALI)模型。荆防挥发油(45.19μL.kg-1)对大鼠ALI模型支气管上皮细胞间黏附分子CD54,肺组织核因子-κB(NF-κB)p65、支气管上皮细胞中NF-κB p65 mRNA的组织化学观察及统计。结果:荆防挥发油能明显抑制CD54的表达、NF-κB p65的活化及阻止NF-κB p65 mRNA的转录增加。结论:荆防挥发油抑制CD54的表达,减少p65蛋白的合成可能是其抗炎的分子机制之一。
Objective: To study the effects of volatie oil of F. schizonepeta herb and D. saposhnikovia root (OSS) on proinflammatory cytokine expression and regulation in rats. Method: OA and LPS were injected intravenously to rats to develop ALI. The rats were treated with OSS (45. 19 μL. kg^-1 ). The pathological sections of lung tissue were prepared and observed in acute lung injury rats. The expression of nuclear factor-kappa B p65 ( NF-κB p65), intercellar adhesion molecule CD54, and NF-κB p65 mRNA were determined in lung cells. Result: volatie oil of F. schizonepeta herb and D. saposhnikovia root significantly inhibited the expression of CD54, the activation of NF-κB p65, and the transcription of NF-κB p65 mRNA. Conclusion: OSS can reduce the expression of CD54 and NF-κB p65 protein synthesis, which may be its anti-inflammatory molecular mechanisms.
