HPLC法测定D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐中的L-苯丙氨酸杂质

摘要 建立了HPLC直接测定L-苯丙氨酸(L-Phe)的方法.利用L-苯丙氨酸具有紫外吸收这一特征,选用210 nm的检测波长,L-苯丙氨酸在0.058 4-0.525 6μg范围内呈显著的直线线性关系,相关系数为0.999 5.样品的加标回收率为98.9%,该法的检出限为0.109μg/mL.  A method for directly determining L-Phenylalanine(L-Phe) by HPLC was developed. The method was based on the fact that L-Phe possess amaximal absorptance(ab) at 210 nm.And that the ab of the L-Phe showed distinct linearity relation ship with the concentration of the L-Phe in the range of 0.058 4~0.525 6 μg,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 5.Recovery of 98.9% was obtained,and the detection limit was found to be 0.109 μg/mL.
