摘要
我国现行农业经营体制使得小农户与大市场无法对接,承包经营难以适应产业延伸要求,服务功能难以到位。这些与发展现代农业的要求不相适应。打造现代农业,必须发展农民专业合作组织。大力发展农村专业合作组织,才能奠定现代农业的基础,推进现代农业的进步,加快现代农业发展,提升现代农业水平。
Under Chinese current agricultural management system,the farmer＇s household couldn＇t construct connection with the market,contractual management couldn＇t meet the requirements for industrial extension,and the service function couldn＇t be realized.All of these were not adapted to the requirements of developing modern agriculture.To build modern agriculture,the peasant specialized cooperative organizations must be developed.After that,the modern agriculture basis could be established,and the modern agriculture itself could be promoted,speeded up and upgraded.
