摘要
目的：探讨心脏瓣膜置换术后深静脉针留置时间与局部反应的关系。方法：留置7d以下者为实验组,7 ～11d者为对照组,对病人的体温以及局部反应,如：红、肿、脓性分泌物,进行观察记录。结果：对照组中发热以及局部炎性反应10例,实验组局部炎性反应2例,经χ^2检验分析对照,得出P〈0.05,有显著性差异。结论：留置时间〈7d,发热及局部炎症明显减少。
Objective： To explore the relationship between the retaining time of deep vein trocar （DVT） and partial reaction after heart valve replacement. Methods： Patients who had been retained deep vein trocar for less than 7 days was grouped as control group, 7- 11 days was grouped as study group. Then, the cases were observed and recorded in temperature and partial reaction such as： flushing, fullness, purulent secretion etc. Results： The cases of fever and partial reaction inflammation in contrasting group were 10 and in trail group were 2, after χ^2 test analyzing and contrasting, the result is P 〈 0.05 and there is outstanding discrepancy. Conclusion： If the period of retaining less 7 days there were obvious takes more then increase in fever and topical inflammation.
