摘要
当代西方学术界对职业教育与社会分层的研究首先形成为两种争锋相对的观点,即职业教育是提升劳动力的途径还是阶级再制的工具;其次,一些学者试图从新的视角即从保障就业和减少失业的角度来分析职业教育的社会分层功能;当前,学术界着重研究促进或制约职业教育在社会分层方面产生效果的因素,如职业教育的专门化程度等。
.Western scholars put forward two kinds of typically swordplay views on vocational education and social stratification, namely some scholars view vocational education as a way of labor market preparation and the others assume it as a tracking or mechanism for the reproduction of social inequality across generations. Besides, Some scholars analysis the social stratification function of vocational education from a new visual angle of improving employment and decreasing unemployment. At present, most scholars aim at researching the features such as specialization enforcing or restricting vocational education to have an effect upon social stratification.
