超细高强度钢制造重型车冲焊桥壳的可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 选择390Q超细高强钢为研究对象,比较了390Q与16MnL钢的相关性能,详细研究了390Q超细高强度钢的显微组织与性能的变化规律和特性,指出390Q超细高强度钢焊接时有焊缝热影响区的强度自补特性,证明390Q超细高强度钢是较合适的重型车冲焊桥壳的制造材料。 This article compared properlies of 390Q and 16MnL, researched variety regulations and characteristics of microstructure and properties of superfine high strength steel 390Q, pointed that the 390Q has strength self-compensating characteristic in the welding thermal influence zone, and proved that the 390Q is a suitable material for manufacturing the pressing and welding bridg hull of car.
