摘要
从6株黑曲霉菌株中筛选到一株产木聚糖酶活力最高的黑曲霉MI菌株(Aspergillus niger MI),其最适固态发酵条件为:选择70%玉米芯粉+30%麸皮+0.6%(NH4)2SO4作培养基,其加水质量比为1∶2.0,30℃培养84 h,其木聚糖活力最高可达3689μmol.min-1.g-1。
A MI bacterium strain of Aspergillus niger which was high for producted xylanase was filtrated from six strains. The result showed that solid state zymolysis condition which was 70% com lister and 0.6% (NH4)2 SO4 ,added water quality ratio was 1 : 2.0, cultivation was 30℃ 84 h was 3689μmol·min^-1·g^-1 for xylanase.
