摘要
一些特殊曲面如:椭圆、双曲线、抛物线等在普通机床加工是非常难控制其尺寸精度的,而螺纹车削由于切削速度较快,切削力较高和作用力聚集范围较窄导致加工难度高。介绍了如何使用宏程序进行加工特殊曲面,并从刀具的几何参数、切屑液和程序的编辑三个方面分析了如何提高数控车削螺纹的精度。
Some special curved surface for example: The ellipse, The hgperbolic curve, The parabola and so on is extremely difficult to conrool its size precision in the ordinary engine bed processing ,but thread turning because the cutting speed is quick, the cutting force is high and the action accumulation scope is narrow causes the processing difficultly to be high. Introduced how uses the great procedure to carry on the proessing special curved surface, and from the cutting tool geometry parameter, how the cutting compound and the procedure edition three aspects analyzed enhanced the numerical control turning thread the precision.
