摘要
合成了丙烯酸酯封端和马来酸封端两种活性端基液体橡胶,并且用于不饱和聚酯(UP)的增韧。探讨了这两种液体橡胶的相对分子质量、加入量、端基种类、UP种类等因素对增韧效果的影响。通过SEM、DSC、抽提分析及力学性能测试研究了增韧UP的结构与性能的关系,并在此基础上探讨了活性端基液体橡胶增韧UP的机理。
Acrylate -terminated and maleic acid -terminated liquid rubbers were synthesized and applied to toughen UP. The dependencies of the toughening effect on the molecular weight, content and types of end group of the liquid rubbers as well as the types of UP were discussed. The relationship between the properties of the toughened UP and its structure was studied with the test of mechanical properties and the analyses of SEM and DSC.
