摘要
以硫酸溶解试样,铜丝作还原剂,重铬酸钾滴定法测定硫酸烧渣中铁。当试液以3~4滴/s的速度流经用φ0.06min×5mm铜丝在50mL酸式滴定管中堆积成110mm高的铜丝柱时,试液中铁(Ⅲ)被完全还原并且得到较好的测定结果。用本法和国家标准方法(氯化亚锡-钨酸钠-重铬酸钾滴定法)对3个硫酸烧渣样中的铁分别进行测定,所得结果基本一致。
A titrimetric determination of iron in sulfuric acid residues with potassium dichromate as titrant was proposed. Sample was dissolved in sulfuric acid. The test solution was allowed to pass through a copper wires colume with the height of 110 ram,which was piled up from the size of φ 0. 06 min×5 mm copper wires in a 50 mL acid burette. When the velocity of flow of solution was controlled as 3-4 drop/s,Fe(Ⅲ) in the test solution was fully reduced and a good titric result was obtained. In use of proposed method to the determination of iron in three sulfuric acid residue samples, the results found compare favorably with those obtained by national standard method(SnCl2-Na2WO4-K2Cr2O7 titritry).
