摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱测定强力枇杷露中磷酸可待因含量的方法。方法采用C18柱,甲醇:0.037mol·L^-1醋酸钠溶液(冰醋酸调pH=3.7)(20∶80)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min^-1,检测波长为238nm,柱温为35℃。结果磷酸可待因在0.1211-0.7266μg范围内线性良好,r=0.9998;平均加样回收率为98.4%,RSD为1.11%(n=5)。结论该方法快速简便,准确可靠,灵敏度高,可用于强力枇杷露的质量控制。
Objective To establish the determination method of Codeine phosphate in Qiangli pipalu by RPHPLC. Methods The separation was performed on ClS column, using methanol-0. 037 mol· L^-1sodium acetate solution (20: 80) as mobile phase,the flow rate was at 1.0 mL. min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was at 238 nm, the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The linear range of hesperidin was in the range of 0. 1211 - 0. 7266 μg, r = 0.999 8. The average recovery was 98.4% , and RSD was 1.11% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion This method is rapid, sensitive and accurate, and it can be used for quality control of Qiangli pipalu.
