伺服系统手轮旋变激磁的精度测试

摘要 伺服系统手轮旋变激磁精度测试方法有2种。采用自整角机鉴相式法,其整步绕组为三相绕组。根据转子绕组间的变比,若转子处于任意位置,可建立直角坐标系。通过三角函数关系变换求得三相整步绕组中施加激励作用下相应转子中的感应电势。采用RDC旋转变压器数字转换模块法,通过DC/AC模块可产生2路手轮旋变激磁正弦信号。并实验比对分析2种方法的优缺点。 There are two methods for precision testing of hand wheel transformer excite in servo system. Adopt self-correcting angle judging phase method. The whole step coil-group is three-phase coil-group. According to the comparing among rotor coil-groups, if the rotor locates in random positions, establish the right-angle reference frame. Through triangle function relation conversion, acquire induction voltage of corresponding rotator in transformer excite. Adopt digital transformation module method of RDC eddy transformer to generate sine wave signal of two hand wheels transformer excite bv DC/AC module. Comoare advantages and disadvantages of two methods bv testing.
