摘要
根据上海电网的控制模式、负荷特性及风电场的出力特点,分析了风电机组并网运行对上海电网调频、调峰的影响。在对上海电网的调频及调峰能力分析的基础上,分别提出了适宜上海电网的单个风电场最大装机容量及到2020年的风电机组最大装机总容量。通过现场测试,分析了风电场对上海电网电能质量的影响。
Based on the control mode and load characteristic of Shanghai power network as well as the output characteristic of wind power generation farm, this paper analyses the impact of parallel operation of wind power generator units on peak load regulation and frequency regulatiion of Shanghai power network. On the basis of the analysis on capability of peak load regulation and frequency regulation, this paper presents suitable installed generators capacity for individual wind power generation farm and the total installed capacity till 2020 for Shanghai power network, and also analyses the impact of wind power generation on power quality of Shanghai power network.
