摘要
采用固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/SnO_2系列为催化剂,对柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料合成柠檬酸三丁酯进行研究,通过考察了不同稀土添加量、不同硫酸浸渍浓度、不同焙烧温度等制备催化剂条件对酯化反应的影响,获得了最适应的催化剂制备条件,使得柠檬酸正丁酯的酯化率可达95.87%。
The tributyl citrate ester was synthesized by citric acid and normal butyl alcohol, and catalized by solid super acid SO42-/SnO2 series. The amount of different rare earth, different concertration of H2SO4, and different calcination temperature, which effect the esterification reaction were discussed in this paper. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained and the esterification conversation rate reached to 95.87 %.
