摘要
介绍了抚顺石化公司烷烯分离装置中分子筛后更损方案及施工情况,并对更换后的ADS-32型分子筛在烷烯分离装置中的应用情况进行了总结。结果表明,采用该吸附剂可将烯烃纯度从88%提高到95.2%,产品收率从85%提高到92.7%,分子筛更换工作取得了成功。
The purity and productivity of the products of the alkane and olefin separation plant of Fushun Petrochemical Company was affected because the molecule screen absorption wasn' t insuffice. In 2006, the company replaced ADS-32 of ADS- 2, and the application of ADS 32 used in the process of separating alkane and olefin was summarized. The result showed that the adopted absorbent can enhance the purity of olefin from 88 % to 95.2 %, and heighten the productivity from 85 % to 92.7 % and the replacement was feasible.
