200例住院老年患者营养问题的调查及护理干预 被引量:20

摘要 目的了解住院老年患者的营养状况,探讨导致老年住院患者营养不良的因素与护理对策。方法采用描述性研究设计,调查200例住院老年患者的营养状况,统计营养不良患病率,分析导致营养不良的各种因素及其RR值。结果营养不良的患病率为52%,导致营养不良的因素包括营养认知、口腔健康、社会支持存在问题和过多用药、老年抑郁。经x2分析显示,营养认知差与过多用药是最主要的影响因素,其RR值分别为1.331和1.272。结论提高营养认知是护理的关键,有助于老年住院患者建立良好的健康观和纠正不良行为。 Objective To understand the nutritional condition of elder, explore the influencing factors leading to malnutrition and nursing strategies. Method Investigate 200 elder on nutritional condition by descriptive research design. Find out the incidence of malnutrition and analyze the influencing factors leading to malnutrition and its RR value. Results The incidence of malnutrition is 52 %. The influencing factors include nutritional cognition, mouth condition, over dosage of medication, depression in the old and social support. Nutritional cognition and over dosage of medication are the main influencing factors by x^2 analysis and the RR value are 1. 331 and 1. 272. Conclusion Improving nutritional cognition is the key to nursing care and can help the elder to set up a healthy conception and behavior.
